We select the carrier at our discretion to suit your order and area unless you are choosing to use your own carrier account. Most items shipped from
Delivery charges exclude any import taxes, charges, duties, or clearance costs and we shall not be liable for such sums.
We try very hard to ship your order as soon as possible, and we exhaust all means possible to get them from the closest warehouses. However, in the event multiple parts were ordered, there may be cases where we have to ship the parts from multiple locations. Orders that we confirm to have available are shipped right away. The idea is to not make you wait.
All packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. Please then call the freight company (whoever is responsible for the package) and report the damage. After contacting the carrier, please contact us for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.
The Buyer acknowledges that we may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery, or other unforeseen delays and that we may allocate distribution of Products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.

Our products are genuine parts, new 100%. The factory had to test and run to ensure the product works normally before selling. With electronic parts, we do not accept returns cause any reason.
If an item arrives in no new condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, or a defect occurs during the intended use of the product, please contact us for further information.
We do not reimburse for labor, incidental, or any other costs related to the installation of products under any circumstance.
All postage costs to return the defective item are to be paid by the Buyer.
If due to a warehouse or other error on the part of We, the Buyer receives a Product that does not conform to its Order, the Buyer must contact us within seven days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into Our store, the correct Product will be posted to the Buyer at no extra cost to the Buyer. Postage for the return of the incorrect Product and for the supply of the correct Product to the Buyer will be paid by us. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging. If the Product is returned and the packaging is damaged or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed
Incorrect Part Ordered by the Buyer
If the incorrect Product is ordered by the Buyer, the Buyer must contact us within seven days of receipt of the Product and complete a Return Request. On approval of the Return Request and receipt of the incorrect Product back into Our store, We may refund the price paid for the Product. Postage for the return of the incorrect Product will be paid by the Buyer. The incorrect Product must be returned in new condition in its original packaging. If a replacement Product is required, the Buyer may complete a new Order for the correct Product and the new Order will be treated as a separate and new transaction. If the Product is returned and the packaging is damaged or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed. If the incorrect Product is not one usually kept in stock and has been ordered in especially for the Buyer, the freight cost of returning the incorrect Product may be deducted from the amount refunded.
In some circumstances, a refund cannot be processed until we have returned the incorrect part to its supplier and have received confirmation from its supplier that a refund will be given to us for the part. You can expect your refund within 14 days after we receive your return request. The time varies depending on how long the manufacturer takes to approve the return. Upon approval, we will then credit the refund to the Paypal account you used for the purchase and you will receive a “credit approved” email.
Customized items, such as bonnet protectors with logos, floor mats with badges or logos, or dash mats with badges or logos are not returnable under any circumstances.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Clutch kits are not able to be returned under any circumstances.
Items in sealed plastic packaging, such as Nolathane kits or hydraulic repair kits, are not able to be returned once opened.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund your order simply because you change your mind or have purchased the parts elsewhere. If you are concerned about the availability of the parts you have ordered, please contact us before placing your order.
We must be notified of any returns within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and your return must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. As our supplier will not refund if items are not received back from us within 21 days after we have received them, this policy will be strictly adhered to.
