We select the carrier at our discretion to suit your order and area unless you are choosing to use your own carrier account. Most items shipped from
Delivery charges exclude any import taxes, charges, duties, or clearance costs and we shall not be liable for such sums.
Delivery Issues
We try very hard to ship your order as soon as possible, and we exhaust all means possible to get them from the closest warehouses. However, in the event multiple parts were ordered, there may be cases where we have to ship the parts from multiple locations. Orders that we confirm to have available are shipped right away. The idea is to not make you wait.
Damaged Shipments
All packages should be completely inspected at the time of delivery. Damaged packages should be refused. Please then call the freight company (whoever is responsible for the package) and report the damage. After contacting the carrier, please contact us for further assistance with the damaged shipment, and to make arrangements for a replacement.
The Buyer acknowledges that we may, from time to time, be subject to production, delivery, or other unforeseen delays and that we may allocate distribution of Products ordered among its customers at its sole discretion.
If the Buyer's Order has not been delivered within a reasonable time, the Buyer should contact us at sales@caroemparts.com
Returns, Cores, And Refunds
* All returns will be subject to a 10% restocking fee based on the order amount
* The returned item must be in its original condition, with the full part number label and original packaging as you received it.
* The buyer is responsible for the all returned shipping cost of goods.
* There are no returns on electrical items.
* There are no returns on internal engine parts, including crank and main bearings, piston rings, and rod bearings.
* No returns will be accepted on any order over 30 days from the date of order.
Please be aware that we do not reimburse for labor, incidental, or any other costs related to the installation of products under any circumstances
If an item arrives in less than new condition as a result of a manufacturer defect, or if a defect occurs during the intended use of the product, please contact us for further information.
Incorrect Supply Of Order
If the Buyer receives a product that does not conform to buyer's order due to a warehouse or other error on our part, please contact us within three days of receipt of the product and complete a Return Request.
Upon approval of the Return Request and once the incorrect product is back in our store, the correct product will be posted to you at no extra cost.
We will cover the postage for the return of the incorrect product and for the supply of the correct product.
Please ensure the incorrect product is returned in its original condition and packaging. If the product is returned with damaged packaging or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed.
Incorrect Part Ordered by the Buyer
If you have ordered an incorrect product and wish to return it, you must contact us within three days of receiving the product and complete a Return Request.
Upon approval of the Return Request and once the incorrect product is back in our store, we may refund the amount paid for the product, excluding the original shipping fee. The return shipping fee the incorrect product will be the responsibility of the buyer. The incorrect product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. Please note that if the product is returned with damaged packaging or not in its original new condition, a refund will not be processed.
If a replacement product is required, you may place a new order for the correct product, and this new order will be treated as a separate transaction.
In some cases, a refund cannot be processed until we have returned the incorrect part to the manufacturer and received confirmation from our supplier that a refund will be issued to us for the part.
You can generally expect your refund within 14 days after we receive your return request. The exact timing may vary depending on how long the manufacturer takes to approve the return. Upon approval, we will credit the refund to the PayPal account you used for the purchase, and you will receive a "credit approved" email.
Customized Items
Customized items, such as bonnet protectors with logos, floor mats with badges or logos, or dash mats with badges or logos are not returnable under any circumstances.
We will respond to your request as soon as possible.
Clutch kits are not able to be returned under any circumstances.
Items in sealed plastic packaging, such as Nolathane kits or hydraulic repair kits, are not able to be returned once opened.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not refund your order simply because you change your mind or have purchased the parts elsewhere. If you are concerned about the availability of the parts you have ordered, please contact us before placing your order.
We must be notified of any returns within seven (7) days of receipt of your order and your return must be received by us within fourteen (14) days of receipt of your order. As our supplier will not refund if items are not received back from us within 21 days after we have received them, this policy will be strictly adhered to.
